Agri-land sales register to make mining near impossible

All agri-land sales in terms of law are to be administered by government under the control of the minister of agriculture, forestry and fisheries with a single register, according to the Preservation and Development of Agricultural Land (PDAL) Bill  processed through Parliament. The Bill also states that all agricultural land is to be under the custodianship of the state.
